You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the shipping carrier. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted, so please check your items promptly upon delivery.

2. Return Fees

For returned items, a 2% handling fee based on the item value will be applied to cover administrative processing costs.
This fee will be waived if the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item shipped by us.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to a product defect, damage, or our shipping error.
Please package the items securely to avoid any damage during return transit, and use the original packaging whenever possible.

4. Products Eligible for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • The item must be brand new, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returned items must exactly match the originally purchased product in model, size, and color.

  • All complimentary items or accessories must also be returned together.

  • The return request must be made within the applicable return period.

Please note that our refund amount does not include the original shipping fee. The original shipping cost will be deducted directly from the refund.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect shipments.
