What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Malfunction of the heating system, controls, or electronic components

  • Structural defects that affect normal operation

What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., discoloration, scratches)

  • Damage caused by accidents, liquid spills, or power surges

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Claim Warranty

Resolution

If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, we will:

  • Repair the product at no cost, or

  • Replace the product with the same model or a comparable model

  • All shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements will be borne by NATEILAOAIRFRYER
