  • We currently ship only to the United States.

  • Free shipping is available exclusively for the U.S. mainland. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, small U.S. islands, and U.S. military bases. Orders to these regions are not eligible for free shipping and may experience delays or cancellation.

  • Orders outside of the U.S. mainland are not eligible for delivery at this time.

  • Standard delivery to U.S. mainland addresses is approximately 15–20 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to factors outside our control, including customs inspections, public holidays, flight delays, or severe weather conditions.

  • Free shipping applies only to orders shipped to the U.S. mainland that meet the criteria above.

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically through the store’s backend settings. Customers are not required to pay extra fees for orders qualifying for free shipping.

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • These fees are determined by the destination country’s government and must be paid when the package reaches the destination.

  • NATEILAOAIRFRYER does not collect or control these fees. They are not payable to us and are not set by us; they are assessed according to local import/export regulations.

  • We recommend that customers review potential fees prior to placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

  • After an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided for monitoring delivery progress.

  • Shipments can be tracked using 17TRACK, which allows customers to view real-time updates and estimated arrival dates.

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including street address, city, state, and ZIP code.

  • Packages may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable if the address is incomplete, incorrect, or invalid.

  • Do not return packages or send correspondence to any address other than the one explicitly provided by our support team. After submitting a shipping-related request, the correct address will be sent via email.
